The Philosophy That Drives Us

At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: infrastructure should empower, not complicate. Our mission is to make cloud automation accessible, efficient, and stress-free. We’re not just building systems — we’re building confidence, enabling businesses across Europe to innovate without worrying about the technical foundations.

Humble Beginnings

It all started back in 2017 in Berlin, when two of us — both passionate about building resilient and efficient systems — decided to take a bold step and create something extraordinary. Long before “DevOps” became a buzzword, we were already living it — automating infrastructure, optimising workflows, and making life easier for developers. Back then, AWS had just a few basic services, and the idea of VPCs or container orchestration seemed like science fiction.

We saw the cloud’s potential early on and built our expertise alongside its rapid evolution. With years of experience in the German and European tech industry and countless lessons learned, we decided it was time to share our knowledge with companies struggling to adapt to the ever-changing tech landscape. Armed with our skills and a vision, we set out to revolutionise how businesses approach cloud infrastructure — one deployment at a time.

Growing Through Sharing

The first few years were all about sharing what we knew. We spoke at conferences and meetups across Europe, explaining concepts like cloud automation, cost efficiency, and how to sleep soundly while your infrastructure runs like clockwork. Our approach was simple: no jargon, no gimmicks — just practical solutions that worked.

As word spread, businesses across Europe started reaching out for help. It wasn’t long before we grew into a small but mighty team in Berlin. Our clients loved how we simplified complex challenges, focusing on what really mattered: delivering value without the headaches of managing infrastructure.

By 2019, our reputation had grown well beyond Berlin’s tech scene. We were working with businesses across different industries, all of whom shared similar pain points and needs.

The Big Realisation

After years of solving problems for our clients, we began to notice a pattern. No matter the company’s size or industry, their core requirements were strikingly similar:

• A cloud provider chosen based on their needs for availability, capacity, and cost efficiency.
• A reliable version control system to keep code and teams organised.
• Smooth and dependable CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development.
• Comprehensive monitoring and observability to avoid those late-night emergencies.
• And, of course, a secure, scalable environment to deploy their code.

That’s when it hit us: instead of reinventing the wheel for every client, why not build a reusable, battle-tested solution? One that could meet these common needs while still being adaptable to each client’s unique goals.

DevOps-as-a-Service: Our Bright Idea

With that insight, we created what is now the cornerstone of our business: DevOps-as-a-Service — and the DevOps Platform that powers it. The Platform is the result of eight years of refinement: a fully automated, battle-tested combination of tools and configurations distilled from 53 client engagements. Instead of overwhelming clients with countless options, we deploy a proven stack that works from day one.

Our clients don’t have to worry about the technical details — everything from cost-efficient cloud architectures to AI-augmented monitoring and CI/CD pipelines is taken care of. The result? Reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure that just works.

And our clients loved it. By solving the toughest problems in the simplest ways, we earned trust and built lasting partnerships across Europe.

Where We Are Now

Today, we are an exclusively senior team — every engineer holds 10+ years of experience and active cloud certifications. Together with a dedicated project manager and our founder, we operate from our headquarters in Berlin, Germany. We combine the flexibility of distributed work with the structure and accountability of a German-registered company. Twice a year, we leave our screens behind to meet in inspiring offsite locations. These gatherings are not just about brainstorming and planning — they’re also about bonding as a team and having some well-deserved fun.

Here’s something we’re incredibly proud of: no one has ever left the company. That’s right, not a single person. We are more than just colleagues — we’re a tight-knit group that values trust, growth, and mutual respect.
